Dave Knutty was referred to me by a friend who had worked with Dave several times. I have to say it was an excellent referral. Dave was everything you want a realtor to be - he was kind, personable, honest, knowledgeable about the real estate industry, responsive immediately to any text or phone call. Dave Knutty of Mosholder Realty was a joy to work with! He helped us purchase our first home, and since we were "newbies", he patiently guided us through the home-buying experience with a high degree of detail and knowledge of the area. He is an expert in Tallmadge and the surrounding areas, and he is an even better communicator. He was highly responsive and willing to meet with us at all times of the day, even very last-minute. In a very competitive home-buying market, he helped us stay ahead of the curve and was very effective in helping us negotiate our final contract. We could not have asked for a better experience and continually refer Dave to family members and friends looking to buy or sell. Steve (Mosholder) is a really great Realtor. He helped me sell my home incredibly fast. He took very good pictures of the house, which most likely helped the quick sale. It had an offer within 24 hours of being put up on the market. And the offer was ABOVE asking price. I really appreciated Steve's honesty throughout everything as well. Can't say enough good things about Steve (Mosholder). He sold our house in 1 day and at a much higher price than we had expected. He definitely knows Tallmadge! He was very easy to reach on the phone, without having to leave messages for call-backs. Also very quick response to e-mails. He's top-notch and was very pleasant to work with.
